Immerse yourself in Mexico's rich flavors and vibrant culture while enhancing your Spanish language skills in this engaging culinary course. Designed for Spanish learners, "Cocina Mexicana y Español: Un Viaje Culinario" offers a unique opportunity to practice your Spanish in a fun and interactive environment. Each week, you will dive into the history and preparation of some of Mexico's most beloved dishes, including appetizers, main courses, soups, and desserts.

What You'll Learn:

• The history and cultural significance of various Mexican dishes.
• Step-by-step recipes and cooking techniques for a variety of appetizers, main courses, soups, and desserts.
• Spanish culinary vocabulary and phrases, all taught in slowly spoken Spanish

Hands-On Experience:

Each class will feature the preparation and

cooking of 1-2 authentic Mexican recipes. Students will have the chance to practice their Spanish skills while cooking, with guidance and support from the instructor.

Materials Provided:

Almost all materials and ingredients will be provided. Students are only required to bring their own knives and apron.
