Each week, participants will explore the historical context and detailed preparation methods of Mexico's most cherished dishes, ranging from appetizers to main courses, soups, and desserts. This course promises to push your language abilities to new heights as you navigate the complexities of Mexican cooking.

- Week 1: Introduction to Mexican Cuisine & Appetizers
- Week 2: Traditional Soups & Main Courses
- Week 3: Classic Main Courses Continued
- Week 4: Delicious Mexican Desserts
What You'll Learn:
- The history and cultural significance of various Mexican dishes.
- Step-by-step recipes and cooking techniques for a variety of appetizers, main courses, soups, and desserts.
- Spanish culinary vocabulary and phrases, all taught in slowly spoken Spanish suitable for high basic to mid intermediate students.
Hands-On Experience:
Each class will feature the preparation and cooking of 1-2 authentic Mexican recipes. Students will have the chance to practice their Spanish skills while cooking, with guidance and support from the instructor.
Materials Provided:
Almost all materials and ingredients will be provided. Students are only required to bring their own knives and apron.
