A fun 1-hour bilingual workshop where kids (ages 6-11) paint their own Mexican folk-art piece while learning about Zapotec traditions.
Details:
- Ages: 6 to 11 years old
- Duration: 1 hour
- Language: English and Spanish
- Includes: A mini alebrije (2-3 inches), acrylic paints, brushes and paint pens and other simple craft materials for children.
What to bring:
- Please wear an old shirt or an apron as the paint may stain.
For parents:
- If you want to paint your own alebrije, you can join by purchasing an extra spot (includes the same 2–3-inch piece).
