Receptionist (entry-level/part-time)
Job description:
CASA de ESPAÑOL is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to fulfill a pivotal role within our organization. This role requires availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-7:30 pm, Fridays from 11-8 pm, and Saturdays from 9-6 pm, with potential flexibility for additional evening hours during events. Your key responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks, ensuring reception area cleanliness and orderliness, extending warm greetings to students, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
